Respiratory Protection – DPR CA

After completing this course participants will be able to:

• Discuss the different types of respirators and when to use each type.
• Describe the steps of a successful fit test.
• Outline the necessary care and maintenance required for each type of respirator.
• Outline the needed medical evaluation prior to a Fit Test and use of a respirator.

This course is approved by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for license renewal for QAL, QAC, Aerial, and PCA licenses.
